As a busy entrepreneur and mother of two beautiful, energetic kids I know how difficult it can be to find the time for self-care. And as a person who has suffered tremendously from anxiety and depression, I know how difficult it can be to come back from that dark place. But, I also know the importance of prioritizing my health because it has such a positive impact on my daily life as a mom. I know how vibrant, confident and powerful I feel with consistent self-care.

PLUS I know that I’m actually sharing the importance of a healthy lifestyle with my kids because they simply see me living it! By involving my children in daily activity and healthy cooking I’m giving them a valuable life skill, and as a parent this connection to my family is so rewarding.

I’ve created a wellness program that helps families gain the knowledge, skills and tools to live their happiest and healthiest life together. A method that focuses on lasting behaviour change and transforms health goals into action.

As your health coach I will help you simplify your life, discover your true self and develop a health plan that works for you and your family so you can transform your lives, together. I do this by using the same habit changing systems that have helped me achieve optimal health. By implementing individualized behavioural change goals I can help you create time for exercise and healthy eating resulting in more energy all day long so you can tackle those tasks, have a more productive day and more quality time with your kids.

I only accept a handful of people each quarter to personally work with me. This means that I’m looking for women who are ready to commit to making significant changes to their lives over the next 12 months. With my guidance we’ll create a personalized health plan that takes a positive approach to habit change with simple, individualized steps to changing lifestyle and nutrition behaviours, one habit at a time. With my support and your dedication, you'll be ready to take purposeful action towards your goals and start living your healthiest life!
